Girl you're amazing...

Oh my little Kinz turned the big 8 months last Friday. She is getting so big and so fun.
No she is not crawling yet. She is not considered a "late crawler" yet either. So don't judge.
Infact, I prefer it this way.  The girl will sit all day and play with her toys and I don't have to worry about her getting into everything or falling down the stairs and what not.  So for now, Ill take it. She is just gonna be a baby longer. I don't mind really. Friday we went out and took some "I'm 8 months old and so cute" pictures. Yeah she was not that into it like me.

She loves to sing songs and read books.
She does fit into 6-9 month clothes barley. Some are still quite big.
Weighs about 16 lbs which is the 12 percentile.
Sometimes we can carry on a conversation. It consist of me making a squeaking sound and she follows. Repeat.

She thinks "Puffs" are the greatest things she has ever eaten.
Still sucks her fingers to get herself to sleep. Still cute too.
She is an independent sleeper. She prefers to just be put in her crib and fall asleep on her own. Maybe so she can play without me knowing...
She loves Fruits.

Surprisingly a very  Neat eater. She doesn'tmake a mess unless its something really messy like a graham cracker.
She likes the shower.
She Loves other babies. Or herself in the mirror.
Finally getting more hair.
Has 2 really cute teeth.
She sometimes will lift her arms up for someone to pick her up. It melts my heart.
And we still fight over her.

And what did she get for her 8 month present. Oh just a double ear infection.
She has had a cold and cough for a while and the cough wasnt going away. She was still happy, but just not her usual happy self.  I decided to take her in and found out it was an infection. The doctor even said he didnt think anything was wrong because how good she was being. What a tough cookie.
Happy 8 months Kinzi. We love you.
Now stop getting so old.

Love.

I hope everyone has a great Valentines Day Tomorrow!
We Love love.

Remember in Elementary School when we thought it was called ValentiMes? Or was that just me?

Anyways, Here are some fun Facts about The Day of looooove.

  • Every year around 1 billion Valentine cards are sent across. After Christmas it's a single largest seasonal card-sending occasion.
  • Teachers receive the most Valentine's Day cards, followed by children, mothers, wives, and then, sweethearts. Children between ages 6 to 10 exchange more than 650 million Valentine's cards with teachers, classmates, and fagmily members.
  • Of the 73% of people who buy Valentine's Day flowers are men, while only 27 percent are women.
  • A single perfect red rose framed with baby's breath is named by some florists as a "signature rose," and is the preferred choice for most for giving on Valentine's Day, anniversaries and birthdays.
  • The red rose was the favorite flower of Venus, the Roman goddess of love. The color red stands for strong romantic feelings making the red rose the flower of love.
I am not a "rose" person myself. I prefer Lillies. Or any other flower actually. And the Husband already got an A+ in that dept.
Whats your favorite flower? Or are you not a flower person? Chocolate? Candy? Jewelry??

Happy Valentines day!!
